Hoodia has long been known as an appetite suppressant. TrimSpa works by expanding in the stomach to create a feeling of fullness while reducing appetite.

TrimSpa contains several ingredients that are under researched that may or may not help to lose weight. To date, there are no research studies regarding their weight loss effectiveness or safety. Basically, the pills are supposed to help with weight loss by – water loss from the caffeine, feeling full which is caused by fiber in the pills and lastly by increasing glucose in regulation within the body.

While TrimSpa can be effective in losing weight if you stop taking the pills you may end up gaining back the weight that you have lost. However, if during the time that you took the pills you also changed your eating and exercising habits you will be able to maintain your weight loss.

When searching online you can find your fair share of rave reviews for the effectiveness of TrimSpa and those saying it didn't work. It is important to remember that everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for the other.
